Our evaluations rule out overlapping conditions and give you a clear diagnostic picture along with school and treatment recommendations.
Every ADHD evaluation at Bluebirds includes developmental and behavioral history, standardized attention and executive functioning measures, rating scales from home and school, cognitive testing, and a comprehensive written report with recommendations for accommodations and support.
We believe families should know the cost of an evaluation before they begin. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for the services included in your comprehensive evaluation.

Every Bluebirds Evaluation is individually designed. The assessment measures and length of each testing session may vary based on your child's age, history, strengths, concerns, and the questions the evaluation needs to answer.
Bluebirds is a private-pay practice. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule the clinical intake and is applied toward the total evaluation fee. We provide a detailed superbill for potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Financing options may be available for all or part of the evaluation fee, subject to applicable terms and approval.
